Yes you can wear one if you like , plays perfectly fine with just one bud use .Yes one will keep playing if one’s goes dead

It reproduces the music in mono mode and allows the use of the functionality of the noise canceling or adaptive ambient modes. Its well designed for reproduction of a single ear phone call.
