Anyone have mic connectivity issues for phone calls only? When paired with my galaxy s9 and I receive or make a call I can't be heard yet it works fine for Bixby and all other voice activities.

No none, i was able to whisper well at work and could hear the other person just fine and talk just fine as well. But I've only had them for 3 weeks or so.

Yes and i still cant figure it out. The store is no help because i picked this item up as a gift 11/27(more than 15 days ago) the young man was rude and made no effort to assist me.
