“I realize the left side is lower than the right side. Is that normal? or both have to be on the same volume? If so, what can I do to fix the issue? I tried cleaning it, I tried reconnecting, I even reset them and nothing.”

• Make sure to use the different size adjustments it cones with for a better fit

• For me, both left and right sound the same, i don't think normal.
