When first connected to the phone, the Galaxy Wearable app is required. The app allows you to select settings the you want. Also, make sure there firmware is up to date. Lastly, become a Total Tech member to get free advice. Since they don't repair Earbuds, you'll get a replace at no cost! For me, that makes Total Tech worth cost. And it covers all your devices for one price. Plus it extends your warranty at no additional cost. Repair cost per hour are way too high. Just my suggestion since any product can have issues.
