Turn them in your ear, sometimes if they are not exactly right the sound sounds less loud. Download galaxy wearable app, it lets you adjust everything on them in there.

Please try again later.Since I wear ear buds pretty much every day at work, I have noticed sometimes that if you take the rubber ear pieces off, you can see that there is a screen, or mesh like material that may have some ear wax and dust clogged in the tiny holes. Sometimes you can clean them with a fine point, but it's definitely not recommended to push anything down into the holes. Sometimes the "screen" comes out easily, and you can clean it. Remember, all of that sound has to come out of those holes. If they're blocked, you don't get much audio

Second: Try pleasing the earbuds in you ear to activate the connection with you phone. Open the app on your phone to us the "Earbud settings". You can select the type of sound you want to hear. Make sure it's not set to soft. That's the lowest volume. Good luck.
