“I tried the pro and regular Samsung ear buds and they easily fell out of my ear or were not loud enough. Do these suffer with the same issue?”

• It's always going to be different in terms of fit but I find these to fit comfortably and snugly. More than enough volume for my tastes

• They have a similar design to the Pro. If you want the best fit and no fear of falling out I would try the Buds+.

• You have to adjust the volume on your earbuds threw the app the problem is not the earbhda they work perfectly fine the problem is you miss judging a product and not reading the instructions or watching YouTube tutorials on it
