“Will this phone work with with T-Mobile service? We have a 2 yr service contract with them. We have 4 lines, two of which are new iPhones that we bought through them and are paying off. The other two phones we already owned and need to replace.”

No this phone will not work on T-mobile. This is the AT&T locked device. If you would like to buy it unlocked you will actually save some money. I "recommended" the unlocked version below.
