“I am looking from changing from an apple phone to a Samsung. Could someone help with showing me the features before I purchase it I am really wanting to do good research. Then when I get the product can someone take time to help me get everything set up.”

I do not know the features of the Apple phone but what I would do is go to Best Buy and talk to the Samsung rep. and ask him or her about the phone. They will not try to sell you the phone but are there to help you make an informed decision.

I just purchased my Samsung Galaxy Note 10 last month and still learning the features. I have always liked the android products and have had a Samsung for nearly 10 years. I would certainly pass on any issue I may have learned.
