• I was told there was a $150 gift card for the Note 10+ that I purchased. I was told I should have it in about 2 days. It's been 5 days, I haven't seen anything yet and don't know if I ever will.

• The offer I got with prebuying the phone was a samsung online store offer. I had to go online to the samsung store is register the offer and wait for an approval. $150 for the plus, $100 for regular note 10.
