• You can buy a phone at a Best Buy store and we can link it to your current carrier. No need for a separate account. Best Buy is your new one stop shop.

• You keep the same account. The Best Buy "blue shirts" do all the "legwork".

• Yes you can. BestBuy associates do not work on commission as other places do, so they are out for your best interest. It doesn't matter what carrier you have, they will work with you.

• You should be able to keep your account. I'm with Verizon and I didn't have to change anything. They took care of it all for me and my account is still the same
