No phone ever comes with a SIM card, and even if someone sold you a phone and gave you their old SIM card, it would be useless to you. Verizon and Best Buy don't charge for new SIM card on new phone purchase or SIM card replacement on existing phone on active plan.

Simply deactivate your old phone through verizon, and then activate the new one. It's that simpje. Have Verizon transfer your phone number to the new phone. You have to call them from a different phone though other than the new, or old one.
