“The Note 5 on the Sprint website says it has the Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) operating system. The one on this site says it has Android 5.1.1 Lollipop. Why does best buy have an older operating system for the same phone? or is it a misprint?”

• I recently purchased the Note 5 from Best Buy and though it shipped with 5.1.1 Lollipop, it immediately upgraded to 6.0 (Marshmallow) after I activated it.

• once you put your phone number to it and your google account, the phone will auto download marshmellow 6.0
