• You can't do that online, you can only get the band online. To get the SD Card you have to go into the stores.

• you cannot choose on Best Buy website, but you can choose from Samsung Promotion website. it takes 12 weeks for the GIFTS to come in once you have verify that you bought the phone. Best Buy will tell you to do a contract to get the gift but it is not true. You can get it when you buy off the phone at any stores. That being said, if you had not choose the gift at check out.
