Please try again later.stuck on same boat. waiting on my 2 notes as well. at this point its safe to assume it'll probably take a week. every time i call (3 times already) they tell me a different story. One mobile employee even told me the watches are limited stock and not guaranteed anymore. why would this even be an issue? isnt that why we PRE ORDERED? to get what was promised? same goes for the memory card.

However, I pre-ordered it because on the website it said I could pick up on release date August 19. I have always pre-ordered from Apple, they always keep their word on when you can pick it up. If they say a certain day then that's the day you will be able to pick it up. I was trying to give Android a chance, but with this experience, I don't think I'll ever switch to android, nor order from Best Buy again . I will cancel my order and just wait for the iPhone 7.
