The 32.75 is the price you will be paying a month for the phone alone. You will still have the line access fee which i believe is 20 and then your choice of data plan. Don't forget taxes and fees as well.

(The Note 8 by itself costs just under a thousand dollars) You must have an eligible line of service with a cell phone carrier in order to receive this discount, and financing. If you only want the phone you can purchase the unlocked version from Best Buy for about $930 to $950 dollars, and Best Buy offers 24 month financing if you purchase the phone on their My Best Buy credit card. Samsung also offers 24 month financing on their unlocked Note 8 as well. The best of my knowledge there are no discounts at this time that apply to the unlocked version of the Samsung Galaxy note 8, aside from being able to trade in any device that you might currently own.
