• you will get what you ordered... if you ordered unlocked. that's what you will get.. if it didn't say unlocked, then guess what it is not ...

• Sprint will unlock your phone if its full price paid. If you have signed up a plan, anytime you can pay off and they will unlock it. Call Sprint or go online.
