Yes, it will work without any issues just insert the att sim card or H20 sim card for that matter because ithey both use the same network.

Yes, you can just buy a att phone or unlocked one and put your sim card in it and it will work.

It worked for me. My husband gave me this phone for Christmas, and that morning I popped the SIM out of my Galaxy S7 and into the new Note with no issues. It should prompt you thru set up. Check out device help for details on transferring contacts and other data to the new phone. Use ATT Set up and Transfer.
