“I have a plan with att and it states you need to have the next plan ..I do not have it and dont plan on switching will i be able to get the note 8 still”

You can still get a Note8 but you won't get the $400 savings ($16.66/mo) without the Next plan. You can make a one-time payment of $599 which is a savings of $300 but doesn't require a Next plan. The Next plan just lets you finance the phone over 24 or 30 mouths interest free through AT&T.

Please try again later.When I got my note8 it said it had to be a new plan, but with a little fanagling of the choices I managed to turn it into an upgrade at the same price. Play around with prices until it asks you how you will pay for taxes and make sure you get the price you want.

Please try again later.Hi dear when I bought the phone the Samsung note from bestbuy with the plan the phone was very good I have gifted to my mom but the plan you have to buy it from the att store because the one I have bought it online from bestbuy doesn’t work so I went to att store in plansent mall in Nashua the att store their they will activated to you and will everything will done easy just take to them the phone with the package and buy the the plan and you all set Regards Wed
