Yes you get both just choose option 2 for trade in.

Please try again later.In the fine print it say we can get the $150 off the phone price now and then we have to go through the trade in process through Verizon, but I'm not sure how to do this let because Verizon told me to do it though their trade in process but it didn't show my the $480 price. So I'm going to wait until I get the phone on Sept. 15th.
