You have to order as a new Verizon customer then port your number over from Tim mobile once you activate the new Verizon phone.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had the same issue 3 years ago coming from cricket to Verizon. My best advice go in-store and do the preorder so you keep your number and then they'll have all the codes you should need. The only code that you may have to get is a code from T-Mobile which isn't hard to get. Hope this helps sorry for the inconvenience of having to go in store but they will help you with everything. Oh and a fyi I love Verizon and they have the best customer service I've ever had and coverage everywhere I go by is great.
