“I've been a Verizon customer for years but now I'm pre-paid, I auto pay out of my account every month for month to month service but it's not recognizing my account either way I chose and I live too far from a store, any ideas?”

• A pre-paid account won't work with a post-paid device. You need a post-paid account to activate this phone.
