Why is it requiring a credit card to purchase if this is being billed to my carrier? It shows 0 balance but insists on a credit card to continue. Anyone had this issue? null

You have to pay for the sales tax up front, I guess is why it's asking for a credit card.

Its probably because you still need to pay sales tax for the phone. It might not show up on the screen, but it'll probably show up on the next page or so. Another issue could be to verify your purchase as well.
