You should be able to. I'm also with Sprint and upgraded a couple Galaxy S4, S5 and a couple iPhone 5's.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes. I did this upgrade last month with 2 phone lines on my Sprint account. I kept the same plan and just had to pay the $36 activation fee for each phone. (Note: I took the phones to the local Sprint store and had them do the activation there.)

Best Buy had the S4 offered for free with plan renewal, so since I was due for an upgrade, I renewed my existing data/call/text plan with no hassle, even though Sprint was no longer offering the same plan that I had.
