I'd like to buy a phone but the Best Buy web site doesn't recognize my VW login and pw. Anyone know how to work through this? Can't login to verify my VW account details from the BB site.

My Vzn acct was labeled "Business". BB can't deal with "B". So I needed to convert Vzn to "Personal".

Dial *611 from your Verizon phone to verify with a customer service agent the password and then retry it on bestbuy. I know sometimes Verizon has a few different passwords. One for billing, one is a security password, and another is an answer to a security question you may have set up. It's easy to get them mixed up

Call *611 from your mobile phone, or 1 (800) 922-0204 from another phone and have the CSR reset your billing Password. To check for upgrade you will need the following.

1. Account Holder, or Authorized User's name
2. E-Mail Address or Phone Number for the account
3. Account Website password
4. Last 4 of Account Holder's social security number
5. Billing Password.

Log into your vs account online and see if you are upgrade eligible. Take a photo I'd and then go to a best buy store to purchase or upgrade.
