• This phone is designed for Verizon's network. If you want to use AT&T's service, just get AT&T's version of the phone.

• No you do not need to change. However, you do need to inform rep or bestbuy.com site that you are a AT&T customer.

• If you have AT&T you need to buy a phone from AT&T.
