If your talking about information, the same apps will do that if signed in under the same user on both. If you mean sharing connection, then the S3 does have a tether setting to share that as well. I have not used it yet, but it is there.

I do apologize, but the answer is no. They can share information through BlueTooth and sometimes NFC, but no, they don't SYNC yet.
