It was for me. I have been on a 2Gig plan forever with an old Galaxy Core Prime, so I've been out of contract for 4 years. I paid for the S10 outright and except for a $40.00 activation fee My bill has remained the same. If you pay for the phone by the month then expect the bill to go up by the monthly payments for the phone. and best of all, no contract.
