Yes the only thing you can't do is make phone calls

Please try again later.if you activate the new one the old one wont be able to send or receive calls or text messages made to your m9bile number.. evrything else will work the same. apps that are not connected to your mobile number or need an internet connection wont work but some may still operate normally when connected to wifi
