• I don't think so. Samsung Galaxy Earbuds is exclusive only when you make a pre-order from Samsung official website. The quantity it's also limited. Last time I checked they already run out the buds but instead they will give you eCertificate with $130 value. Hope this help.

• Yes you do. When you register your device IMEI at Samsung.com they will know you pre-ordered. Doesn't matter who you preordered with. However they are giving out e-certificates at this time.
