The S10+ comes with a USB adapter that plugs into the charging port . Then just attach your USB to phone cord between your old phone and the new phone. The phone walks you through the transfer process. At the store the sales person transferred the SIM card but there is a tool to do it in the box with the phone as well as a set of ear buds. My old phone was a S6 Active and all my stuff was transferred to the S10+.
