It does depend on your carrier. If your carier offers wifi calling or volte then after inserting your sim card it will auto detect those features. I bought mine unlocked from best buy and after putting in my tmobile sim card the wifi calling automatically became available. Hope this helps
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I bought an unlocked Samsung Note 10+ from Best Buy 2 years ago. My carrier is US Cellular, which offers HD Voice/VoLTE. However, my unlocked Note phone from Best Buy does not allow me to use HD Voice/VoLTE. Heck, it doesn't even offer it, period. This is not a US Cellular problem. I called US Cellular and they guided me through several different methods for trying to unlock their HD Voice/VoLTE, but it simply wasn't and isn't an option. I won't be buying another unlocked phone from Best Buy.
