“Are the SIM Cards interchangeable from a Samsung S9 unlocked and the S10+ unlocked models? My carrier is Boost Mobile and it took almost 2 months getting a SIM Card when I upgraded from the S5 to S9 which was a ridiculously long time.”

You shouldn't need a new sim because the phones are only 1 generation apart. As long as the chip is a nano sim you should be fine. I kept my sim from my old smartphone from 2 years ago and put in the 10+
