It means you have to have a NEW account set up with the carrier in order to get the discount! Irritates me that long time AT&T customers don't get the advantage of the price break for their long term loyalty. Other carriers I think allow for an UPGRADE. AT&T doesn't

As soon as I arrived to my hotel, I put the chip from my old phone, turned on, followed some instructions and in les than 10 minutes I was using it. Some days after having bought the S10, I replaced my old smartwatch with a new one (samsung of course) and I am very happy with both.
