• Yes but it's aggravating you have to purchase a sim card from Boost and call and it's a hassle honestly.

• Assuming that Boost Mobile uses SIM cards, and assuming that you have no outstanding for another phone, then YES. And you can move it to another company who uses CDMA type phones ( SIM card phones) in the future.
