• Interesting.. I got mine with the connector and the converter! Also, it has an earphone jack so no need for USB-C for this..

• Mine did come with it, and yours should have to. A best buy associate told me yesterday that the boxes needed to be manually taped bcus they were shipped with loose boxes some phones actually fell open.. maybe that was your case and they never put the cord back in
