• A:Answer Yes cause it’s unlocked, but if you have Att or Sprint or Verizon you can just activate the phone there plus you save between $50 to $100 example unlocked cost $695 I. Total not unlocked it goes for $549

• A:Answer There may be an option to purchase a warranty, other than the manufacturer's warranty, from Best Buy. I do not believe Best Buy offers a warranty backed by them at no cost...other than a return with restocking fee within a specific time frame. You would need to contact Best Buy personnel if you are interested in a Best Buy warranty.
