I think you mean the imei number and that is on the sim card. I have Sprint and they helped me activate the phone and find all the needed numbers. I assume Boost would do the same. Good luck. Bought a case from Tech 21 that fits the phone and wasn’t over priced that I am happy with also.

I just purchased a unlocked s10e and it works on any service I have mine on boost mobile no problems.
