Is this unluck and can I use in the Philippines null

I bought this as a carrier phone but it will unlock after purchase terms are complete as far as carrier imei list but it is unlocked on all bands out of the box so technically yes

You can buy a unlocked device and andriod isnt region locked. But depending who you get it from may only work with certain carriers from other countries

You must buy the unlocked version and you will then be able to use it in the Philippines
