• The unlocked should work fine on TMobile or any other provider. I believe the trade in has to be done in the store. I don't think there is way to do it online with Best Buy. I actually think that is a good thing. I would never mail my trade in to any company. I hear too many bad stories about that. Hand it to the Best Buy employee and everything is confirmed right there.
