• The biggest difference is the camera. The Ultra has the big telephoto lens. And the phone itself is a bit larger but otherwise pretty much the same. I went for the s20+ as it was a bit cheaper and I didn't need the extra camera features.

• The biggest difference that you would notice would be the cameras. You can do a comparison on Best Buy site and it will show you all the differences

• The Ultra has the best camera of the S20 series phones and it is huge. Not recommended for smaller hands, difficult for women to hold and does not fit into some pants pockets.
