I had Boost...over 15 years. Just recently started to have issues. When merger went through. T mobile and Sprint merged. Boost Mobile Sprint got sold to Dish. Horrible. Couldn't call couldn't text...virtually no service. Wouldn't even re imburse for lack of service. I have a large client base and work in health and wellness industry. Can't have shotty service. Then it was a nightmare to speak with support or customer service and worse yet to get my account number and port my number to new service. I switched to Verizon. No dropped calls. No shotty service. No twighlight zone pockets, not yet. Phone calls are clear. Boost wouldn't even try to keep me as a customer. Hey, it all depends on what and how you use your phone....you get what you pay for!!
