Not an answer, but I agree 100%!! I have been with sprint since 1998 (over 20 years) and have never switched. But people who hop from carrier to carrier get better deals than I do. Customer loyalty means nothing anymore.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I just wanted to jump on the bandwagon here and say I agree. 16 years with Sprint and no keep our current customer specials. Only reason I'm getting another phone is 5G. If I did t need that would keep my old phone.
