“Can't activate galaxy s21 on cricket wireless or any company”

• Having the same issue and I bought it unlocked from best buy?! My cricket sim would not even show up in the phone or a tmobile one. Or a brand new sim from cricket. The phone isn't on crickets list either because it's not 5G compatible allegedly. So I'm trying to figure this out. Exchanged the phone to see if it was a faulty phone. Literally so frustrating. What carrier can I switch to?

• No it doesn't work even if it's unlocked even if u call and register the immigration and it says it's compatible it won't register to call or text
