The S21 Ultra is by far the better buy. I've already made the mistake of buying the Note 20 Ultra first (which I'm now exchanging for an S21 U) lol. In the good old days, the Note series of phones would always have all of the new features that would be included in the upcoming S-series phone. But with this generation, Samsung has finally switched it around - so the Note phones are an old mess and then the S phones get all of the brand new, perfect features just a few months later. So go with the S21! Better everything (and even supports the stylus if that's why you like the Note).
