Nope. Contacted them but was just told that a pre-order isn't a guarantee. I'm so mad because they take my money and then no phone and no explanation on why I havent received it. They messed up and the way they are handling it and treating customers is not right. Definitely will think twice before buying through best buy again.

I'm now waiting for Best Buy to verify the condition of the package and investigate the issue. I also preordered. Seems there are just a lot of problems with the service and shipping regarding this phone.
