Completely unlocked for any United States carrier, AS LONG AS THEY SUPPORT THE PHONE ON THEIR SERVICE. Not all companies support all phones . This definitely works with all major carriers including T-Mobile, Verizon, AT&T. I cannot say for outside the country though
