• A:Answer This is an unlocked phone and as such can be used internationally. You just need to swap out the sim card. It is not a dual sim card phone in the regular sense with options for two sim cards. However, in addition to the single physical sim card, it alsi supports one additional eSim card.

• A:Answer If you purchased this phone unlocked, you literally just stick the sim in it and you are done. You dont have to talk to ATT unless you have a outdated sim, you would just tell them you need a new sim.

• A:Answer I'm sure you have figured this out by now, but yes. It works with tracfone. I did have some issues initially, but after a couple calls to 611 we were able to get it working. Also works with safelink for any of you wondering if the government phone plan works with this phone. (Unlocked model)
