QuestionDoes phone have expandable micro SD card slot ? Or did samsung mess up again and not manufacture without ? If samsung did I won't be buying one ..have note 20 ultra now

QuestionHas anyone been able to order the 512GB Verizon S22 Ultra? I have been trying since preorders became available and the site would not let me order the 512, they always say "Coming Soon".

- Answer I pre-ordered one on Feb. 10, 2022 in store. Bought it outright. Had to put a 100% deposit down at time of order. Was told it would be in on the Feb. 25, 2022 release date. Here it is March 5, 2022 and I am still waiting for the phone. I agree, if the product can not be delivered on the release date, do not take pre-orders.

- Answer Yes, I did. You have to go into the store to pre-order. Just because a pre-order was placed, does not mean that Best Buy will have them on the release date. Still waiting for mine.

QuestionAnyone notice cost went up $100 & free upgrade fm 128 to 256 not there? No sale, regular retail. On sale, price increase. Jul 17- July 31, Best Buy did not accept orders for my area... no phones. Will Best Buy honor their price from that time?

QuestionWhen will S22Ultra 512gb (any color) be available & will same Vz sale be offered? Tried to order 8+ days. Rcvd msgs phone in stock but could not order based on zipcode. Now sale is over & 2 phones cost $700 more. SS/Vz have phone but don't price match.

- Answer I pre-ordered my S22 Ultra 512 GB green on Feb. 10th (the first day of pre-orders). I ordered at my Best Buy store. By the time I got home, I had an E-mail from Best Buy telling me that I would be able to pick it up on April first. When I asked Best Buy it would be so long even ordering the phone on the first day, they told me that Samsung did not expect the demand for the 512 GB that they got. Bottom line, is Samsung under produced.

- Answer I would guess that the answer would be no, unless you DO NOT unbox and use it. Once a phone has been activated Best Buy can no longer sell it as new. I don't think that Best Buy would take that much of a hit just for a color change.
