You can write notes, draw pictures, use it as a game stylus, take screen shots and I'm sure there are other uses that I haven't discovered. When you remove the stylus from the phone it brings up a menu. There are YouTube videos showing how to use the stylus.

You can use it to take hands free pictures with the button on the side. It can be used to write notes, etc
