• The USA version in 256GB is only 8GB Ram you must purchase the 512GB to get 12GB Ram pretty dissapointing in my opinion

• If your Samsung Galaxy S23 has 8 Gb of RAM, then it has 256Gb of internal storage. If it has 12Gb of RAM, then it most likely has 512Gb internal storage or possibly 1Tb internal storage.
